Marco Rivera — Lead Technician
Marco Rivera is Famico's lead mold remediation specialist with over 11 years of experience in mold removal, indoor air quality testing, and post-flood remediation across Haines City and Polk County. Marco holds IICRC certification in Applied Microbial Remediation and follows the IICRC S520 standard on every job. He has personally inspected and remediated properties across Haines City, Davenport, Lake Hamilton, Winter Haven, and surrounding communities.
What we believe about mold removal
Surface cleaning is not mold removal. Giving a homeowner a cleaning receipt is not the same as giving them a lab-verified clearance report. We build every job around three non-negotiable steps: find all the mold with lab testing, remove it with proper containment, and verify it is gone with post-remediation air testing. Everything else follows from those three steps.
